Re-Design of the Conventional Immersion Heater

Immersion heater is a high efficient heating method found in various situations and also in different forms. However due to lack of safety mechanism and poor design, immersion heater is not as popular as it should have been. In this project, we re-designed the immersion heater after comprehensive user experience studies and made this product user-friendly as well as safe and gorgeous for a family kitchen.

- Created together with Wolfram Thurm in project "Parallel Worlds" led by Prof. Gerrit Babtist and Johannes Hein in winter semester 2013.
